Does it work with my laptop?

Standout connects to any device with a USB-C port that supports video output - including all modern MacBooks and Windows laptops. If your device has Thunderbolt or USB-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode, you're good to go.

How do I connect it?

One cable. Connect the included USB-C cable between Standout and your device - that's it.

What’s in the box?

Standout Display, USB-C to USB-C cable, and a protective sleeve.

Does it need its own power source?

Standout runs off your laptop through a single USB-C cable. To charge your laptop while you work, plug a USB-C power source into your laptop or into Standout

Does it support passthrough charging?

Yes. Connect an external power source to Standout and it will charge your laptop at the same time.

Can it be used with a privacy or anti-glare filter?

Standout is compatible with standard 16” magnetic privacy and anti-glare filters. These can be attached or removed in a second, depending on your environment.
